8/23/2010: Meatless Mondays!
For the past few months, we have celebrated Meatless Mondays at all of the B&B HG restaurants. This means that on Mondays, our restaurants offer at least one vegetarian option to our customers.
The logic behind Meatless Mondays is simple: the help reduce meat consumption in order to improve personal health and the health of our planet. Or, as Mario likes to put, "Most people in the U.S eat way more meat than is good for them or the planet. Asking everyone to go vegetarian or vegan isn't a realistic or attainable goal, but we can focus on a more plant- based diet...that's why I'm such a big believer in the Meatless Monday movement."

On Tuesday September 14th at 3:30PM, Mario will be at the Jefferson Market Library in New York City for a Reading, presented by the New York Public Library Cubs Program.
